"I am looking for Alley Alice MORGAN b 08/24/1781 in Orange County, NC. She had a son Calvin MORGAN 12/3/1807 born in NC and a daughter Temperance MORGAN 12/3/1811 (These days may be wrong because it seems too much of a coincidence that both children were born on the same day 4 year apart) born in Wilkes Co, NC. I have no record of her getting married until 10/31/1822 to Jeremiah CATES in Carter Co, TN which was after both children were born. I feel that Alley married a MORGAN in NC and was widowed sometime after 1811, but I cannot find any info. Any help would greatly be appreciated!"
