"Looking for: SAMUEL SIMPSON. What I think I know is that he was born in Orange County on April 4, 1818 and died in Whitman County WA on Jan. 3, 1884. He was my gggrandfather. I think he was in Indiana in 1852, where he travelled to Linn. County OR. I think I have some valid records of his time in Oregon and Washington state, but can not seem to find anything from his early life, between his birth and 1852.
