Who were parents of Francis/Fannie RODES/RHODS, b about 1853, who had dau, Martha Anice RHODES, and who married a Sydney HERNDON in 1876. She may have been related to BLALOCKS as they raised Martha Anice. I believe she had two children with Sydney.
